REGISTRATION/LOG IN

Register your WunderBody account

You can register in the WunderBody app using your Facebook account or using your email address.

Confirm your email address

After the registration you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please follow the instructions and don’t forget to confirm your email address within 7-days.

Didn’t receive confirmation email

You can request a confirmation email again before your 7-day term is over. We’ll send you a reminder. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Log in/log out of your WunderBody account

You can log in to the WunderBody app using Facebook Log in or using your email address. Remember to log in the same way that you used durin your registration.

I forgot my password

If you forgot your password, tap the “I forgot my password” button on the “Log in” screen to receive a new password by email.

Access is blocked, I can’t log in

It seems you haven’t confirmed your email address, your email address is invalid or your account was blocked after someone reported you for inappropriate behaviour.

If you can’t find the confirmation email that you received days ago, select Resend confirmation email to receive it again.

If you have already confirmed your email address, select I confirmed my email address.

If you didn’t receive the confirmation email and would like to provide us a new email address, select Change email address. In this case, we connect your account to the new email address, but don’t forget to confirm the new email address you provided.

You also have the option to create a new account, but beware, that all your data so far will be lost, as you create a new account.

How can I log out at WunderBody?
  1. Go to  More
  2. Select  My Profile
  3. Choose  Settings
  4. Tap the Logout button at the bottom of the screen

Manage your WunderBody account

When you register at WunderBody, you have to provide an email address and choose a password to create an account.

How to change my password or email address
  1. Go to More
  2. Select My Profile
  3. Choose Settings
  4. Select the data you would like to change
  5. To save changes tap on  ✔
How to delete my WunderBody account

Tap the “Delete my account” button at the bottom to delete your account. Your data and progress will be removed immediately and unable to be restored.

Update personal information

Your WunderBody profile may include your first and last names, profile picture, gender, your fitness goal, age, location, weight and height. Other WunderBody users can view your Personal Information. You shall use a pseudonym if you don’t want to identify as yourself.

You may change this data anytime:

  1. Go to  More
  2. Select  My Profile
  3. Choose  Settings
  4. Select the data you would like to change
  5. To save changes tap on  ✔
Set your location

You can easily find WunderBody members who are training near you. Your location can be set automatically or manually.

To set or change your current  location manually:

  1. Go to  More
  2. Select  My Profile
  3. Choose  Settings
  4. Select  My Location
  5. Enter your town manually or choose “Find my location” to choose your location automatically (you need to have your location services activated to find your location automatically)
  6. To save changes tap on  ✔
My progress and performance

To track your fitness progress, add weight and/or photos of your current state to My progress.

Manage your progress tracking

To add a new photo and/or your weight to My progress:

  1. Go to  More
  2. Choose  My progress
  3. Click on the “+” button at the top
  4. Take a new photo or select one from your library
  5. Select tracking date and add weight
  6. Tap “Track progress” button to confirm
How to make my progress private?

To keep your progress photo private, switch off the “Share with community” button while adding a new photo and/or weight.

Sharing progress with the community will keep you more motivated.

Performance in the WunderBody app

To view your WunderBody statistics:

  1. Go to  More
  2. Choose  My performance

Here you’ll see your points and level, progress, how many exercises and workouts you’ve performed and how much time you’ve been exercising.

If you want to view statistics of other WunderBody users, go to their My performance page:

  1. Go to a user’s  Profile
  2. Tap on the  Level  button.

PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTION

Premium Membership

You may purchase your Premium Membership directly through your iOS app, the payment will be carried out through the App Store. Since these payments are subject to terms beyond the WunderBody payment system, please ask your provider for possible payment methods.

Reminders

Set up and manage a reminder to not miss your WunderBody workout.

  1. Go to  More
  2. Select  Settings
  3. Choose  Reminders
  4. Tap on “+” button
  5. Set up time, repetition, note and sound
  6. Tap on ✔ to save
Edit a reminder

Tap “Edit reminder” button to change your reminder settings.

Delete a reminder
  1. Tap the “Edit reminder” button or simply swipe the reminder to the left
  2. Delete unnecessary reminders
Manage your newsletter subscription

You can change your newsletter preferences: just select the toggle to activate or deactivate your newsletter subscription. Remember, once the subscription is deactivated you will no longer receive WunderBody newsletters with useful articles and promo codes.

Manage your notifications

Select the toggle to activate or deactivate notifications. Please note, you are not able to deactivate admin notifications.

Set up your exercises and workout preferences

Navigate to Workout preferences to adapt your training process for all exercises and workouts.

Switch off the toggle to:

  • skip a warm-up and cooldown,  

* Properly done warm-ups and cooldowns will not only make your training more effective but also prevent your muscles and joints from traumas.

Do not neglect the importance of warm-ups and cooldowns for your workout.

  • turn off voice coach or change its volume,
  • turn off motivational audio, so you will not hear coaching cues and motivational phrases,
  • turn off post-workout motivation, if you don’t want to see motivational phrases after training.

You may also change the preferences for the current exercise or workout before starting:

  1. Tap the  Sound button to mute the voice coach and audio motivation during the workout

  2. Tap  Skip warm-up to skip a warm-up and start training immediately

  3. Tap  Change settings to change settings for your current training:

  • Switch off the toggle to  Skip a warm-up
  • To change the offered warm-up exercise, tap on a Warm-up to choose one from the list
  • Switch off the toggle to  Skip a cooldown
  • To change the offered Cooldown exercise, tap on a Cooldown to choose one from the list
  • Switch off the toggle to turn off the Voice coach support
  • Switch off the toggle to turn off the  Motivational audio
  • Switch off the toggle to turn off the  Post-workout motivation
Manage your videos

Navigate to download or delete downloaded videos.

Reactivate tutorial

To view WunderBody app tutorials one more time, activate the toggle to reactivate the tutorial.

Units of measurement

To change units of measurement:

Types of exercises and workouts

You can choose exercises by type:

  • Pull-ups
  • Push-ups
  • Dips
  • Planks
  • Bridges

Use the WunderBody app to add new exercises to your training routine.

Choose the best for you among more than 200 WunderBody workouts to develop strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility and get fit and toned: Tabata workouts, full body workouts, fat burning, HIIT workouts, special workouts for women, cardio workouts, short workouts and many more.

Short workouts

The duration of short workouts is up to 10 minutes, perfect for when you don’t have enough time for a regular workout. Performed with maximum effort, short workouts can be just as effective as long training sessions.

What is Tabata

Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training, designed to burn fat and get fitter and more toned. Prepare to have a short but intensive workout. Set up your training focus and difficulty level and prepare to work hard.

What is a Warm-up & Cooldown

These are special exercises to prepare your muscles and joints for further training and to firmly cool down your breathing and heartbeat after workouts.

Properly done warm-ups and cooldowns will not only make your training more effective but prevent your muscles and joints from traumas.

Do not neglect the importance of warm-ups and cooldowns for your workout.

What is the difference between repetition and time based exercises?

Most of WunderBody’s exercises are both time and rep based, so you’re free to choose whether you want to have a more intensive fat-burning exercise (time based) or to put the emphasis on your strength (rep based). For example, you can perform 20 push-ups or you can make as many push-ups as you can in 20 seconds. The advantage of performing rep based exercises is, you can compete with time to see how much time it takes you to complete an exercise. You can improve over time, or you can compete with other users. The advantage of performing time based exercises is, you can concentrate on the execution and don’t need to rush.

Some of the exercises, like Planks are only time based.

Choose the difficulty

We have exercises and workouts for every training level. You can choose between easy, moderate, intense and extreme difficulty levels.

How to choose Training Focus?

Training focus depends on the muscle group you want to train right now.

You can choose exercises and workouts for full body, upper body, lower body or core.

Exercise alternatives

If some exercise seems too difficult, easy or just don’t suit you for any other reason, you can choose an alternative exercise.

How to choose an alternative exercise when performing an exercise:

  1. Navigate to Training, Single exercises
  2. Select the exercise to perform
  3. Tap the Similar exercises button to see alternatives.

You also can replace an offered exercise with an alternative while performing workouts:

  1. Review exercise list
  2. Tap the button near the exercise and select  Choose an alternative
  3. Choose alternative from the list.

Tip: you can choose from easier and harder alternatives and difficulty levels comparing to current exercises. Replace an exercise only if you are not able to perform it, as it’s best to stick with the original exercise.

Include/Exclude equipment

All WunderBody exercises are bodyweight exercises, but for some you’ll need equipment like a jump rope, pull-up bar, pole, wall, parallel bars or a chair. You may filter exercises by including or excluding equipment.

Earn points and levels in WunderBody

For every completed exercise and workout in WunderBody you achieve points.

Earn points to level up and be in the top of the WunderBody ranking.

To check out your rate in performing exercises, view Leaderboard.

To view points and level, navigate to  My performance or choose LEVEL in user’s profile.

TRAINING PLAN

WunderBody Training Plan Explained

Training Plan is an app-integrated intelligent training coach, that creates a personalized training plan based on your goals and needs. It adapts to your time by asking you every week, how many times you want to train. After each training you are asked to give feedback so the plan adapts to your condition.

Training Plan Week

Every Training Week  has a duration of 7 days, and it consists of training and rest days.

Coloured banners in Training Plan

You’ll see coloured messages in the bottom of the screen in your Training Plan.

What do they mean?

Red – you have a due workout.

Blue – you have performed a workout of a training plan as required or your training plan will begin in the future.

Green – you have finished your training week and can begin the next week. A green banner also appears when you have finished your training plan.

Can I view my training history?
  1. Select  Personalized Plans
  2. Tap the  View history  button to review list of current and completed training weeks.
Start with a Training Plan

WunderBody creates the most effective Training Plan for every user. It is adapted to users of all ages and fitness levels.

Answer a few questions and WunderBody will create a Training Plan specifically tailored for you.

Individualization of Training Plan

Make sure that feedback you give accurately reflects your feelings during training, so WunderBody can get the chance to personalize your Training Plan even more.

How to choose my fitness level

It depends on your experience in training. If you have never exercised before or in a long time, choose Novice. If you’ve been exercising for less than 3 months, select Beginner. Choose Intermediate if you’ve been exercising for more than 6 months. If you’re experienced, confident and ready for really difficult trainings, select Athlete.

Training days per week in WunderBody

You can choose how many days per week you want to train. This option can be changed for every training week. That means, one week you can choose to train 3 times a week and another 4 times – it’s up to you.

Do I have to complete my training plan week within 7 days?

Yes, your training plan week is created for 7 days and consists of training days and recovery days.

How many training days should I choose?

We all want quick results but you also need to rest and recover to succeed. We recommend you start your first week with 2-3 training days per week, and have 4-5 recovery days in your schedule.

Update your Training Plan
Edit my schedule

WunderBody creates your training schedule but you may edit it anytime. Navigate to Edit schedule and make changes in your training week, save changes to proceed.

I want to skip recovery days

You can choose up to 5 training days per week, so you will have at least 2 rest days in your schedule. You can’t skip a recovery day to go to the next training day but you can edit your schedule to have the training day instead of the recovery day or vice versa.

Remember that recovery is also important for your progress. It helps to keep your body strong and not to overtrain. If you still want to train on your rest-days, we recommend to work on your technique, mobility, flexibility with WunderBody Workouts or complete a Short Workout independent from the training plan.

How to edit my Training Plan

Navigate to Edit Plan. You may include and exclude equipment and change the intensity level of training plan any time.

Quit my Training Plan

You can reset your Training Plan and start from the very beginning anytime.

Navigate to Edit Plan, select Quit plan at the bottom, you will not be able to restore it.

NUTRITION

WunderBody Nutrition Explained

Maximize your training results by following a healthy and tasty diet that fits your requirements. Use our flexible and easy filter to find the best recipes for you.

Every recipe contains nutritional information:

  • calories, protein, carbs, fat per 100 g and per 1 serving,
  • serving weight,
  • goal.

The quantity of ingredients will change according to the number of portions. You may choose from 1 up to 4 portions.

Search, add and remove followers

You can follow users in different ways:

  • From  Feed:
  1. Tap on user’s name
  2. Go to his/her profile
  3. Tap Follow button to follow user or Unfollow to unfollow.
  • By searching:
  1. Navigate to  Users
  2. Start by entering user’s name in the search field
  3. Tap theFollow button to follow users or Unfollow to unfollow.
  • By location:
  1. Navigate to  Users
  2. Select  Near me
  3. Tap the Follow button to follow users or Unfollow to unfollow.
  • From My ranking (Try to follow high-leveled users for motivation):
  1. Navigate to  Users
  2. Select  My ranking
  3. Tap the Follow button to follow users or Unfollow to unfollow.
  • From Facebook (your account should be linked to your Facebook account to find your Facebook friends in WunderBody):
  1. Navigate to  Users
  2. Select  Facebook
  3. Tap the Follow button to follow users or Unfollow to unfollow.
Share your WunderBody workout on Social Media

To share your progress after completing an exercise or workout:

  1. Add a photo or a video, a comment and details of the training session.
  2. Select the effort and the location.
  3. Tap the “View statistics” button.
  4. Tap “Next” on the statistics page.
  5. Share your results with your friends on Social Media.
Someone is rude, I want to report or to block a user

Users are solely responsible for the content they post within WunderBody. We accept no responsibility for this content, nor do we monitor it.

If you’ve found that someone’s post or comment is racist, insulting, discriminating, denunciating, sexual, glorifies violence or is otherwise illegal, please, report it to us as inappropriate behavior.

  1. Tap the “” button next to a post or comment.
  2. Select the action you find convenient:
  • Remove comment to delete a comment  (this option is only visible if it was a post created by you)
  • Report inappropriate – to report a post/comment to the administrator (we will then check it)
  • Block this user – you won’t see the user’s posts and comments anymore
